Adrian Mark Camps FRICS, IRRV, MEI, MCIArb, MEWI is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Corporate Member of the Institute of Rating, Revenues and Valuation, a Member of the Energy Institute, a member of the Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Expert Witness Institute.
Adrian has over 17 years experience of Roadside properties. He has carried out consultancy work for BP Oil UK Ltd over many years. He is appointed by the President of the RICS as an Arbitrator and Expert and carries out Expert Witness work in the Lands Tribunal and High Court.
He has worked closely with many corporate and individual clients, Oil Companies, Motor Manufacturers and Dealer Groups on large scale rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations, disposals compulsory purchase and other negotiations, throughout the UK and Europe. Adrian regularly advises regarding site acquisition, valuation, decommissioning and environmental matters.
He continues to act for a wide variety of clients including major oil companies, dealer groups, Plc Companies and private individuals, throughout a wide geographical area.
